Yes, I now have to agree.  After I spoke to them, they continued to call.  I tried pressing 2 at their menu to be removed from their list, but they called again later that same day.

After I got home last night, I realized that the company that came around my complex was a different one!  (I had the guy give me a business card.)  They must be competing for business, using the term "discount program" to get folks to believe PSE&G, JCPL or the government is involved.

I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC and block their number.

Many calls from this number. they never leave a message. Also getting lots of calls about my electric bill with PSE&G - ignored them. Then I began getting calls about my bill with JCP&L - who I do use. Ignored them, too.

Same M.O. - 2 rings on cell phone and hang up.  I've listed it in my contacts as SPAM - Let's me know not to answer.
