Yes...just today I've received MANY calls from that number: 908-388-1152....correct...call ID lists the caller as "Power Bill"...similar to the other posts, they've been calling me incessantly, and they never leave a message....ANNOYING!!!!

I have received numerous calls from this number & many other unwanted calls. What I have done is downloaded an app on both blackberry & android then I simply add these numbers to my black list & they can no longer bug me. Blackberry app is iBlockerPro, Android app is Call Control both these apps start off free for the basic features & cost about $9 for the full features, but it is worth the money.
