Several calls were received from this number with them stating that there were numerous errors coming through and they would walk us through how to fix them. Upon asking several questions about how they got the information and how we supposedly registered for their service, not one question was answered. I was passed off to another person who reported to be the supervisor and they would cut in and out when "answering" my questions. First they answered the phone with Hello and not a thank you for calling any type of business, they never asked who I was or any information about me. The only time asked who they were speaking to was when passed to the "Supervisor" and I refused to give information. After stating I did not hear their reply I was hung up on. The so called walk through process I'm sure was so they could get through the back doors and get access. Please be aware.
"Sam Smith" became abusive & told me to "shut my mouth & listen" when I asked to talk to his boss. This was Saturday. Today is Tuesday & he's called 7 more times (ignored).
OMGOMGOMG THANK GOD I FOUND THIS PAGE OR ELSE I'D BE SCREWED! I googled this number right after I asked him how he got my number. I was really suspicious on how he got the number unless it was given to him. He said his name was David and that my home computer was infected with virus. Thank god my dad stopped me. He called back and played a prank on them LOOOL.

I was asked to go to my computer and log on I was told it was infected with malware, spyware,I ask how I could trust him He told me he was working for Microsoft and they were getting reports from my computer and I needed to go to my computer and log on, and that he would walk me through what I needed to do. then I ask well if you work for Microsoft what is my IP address you would have that if my computer is calling you ,brief silence. It dose not work that way just go to your computer......I told him he was full of [***] and not to call back. Let your parents and friends know about this scam I called AT&T they know about it they want you to give access to your computer so they can rip people off. May they all burn in hell.
Received a call from 776-742-2741(caller ID) professing to be calling about virus and malware issuesin Windows 7 that they had been contracted by Microsoft to fix. He couldn't provide the name of the viruses and malware infecting the machines and provided the 908-219-7035 number as a call back number for PC Solutions and his name was given as David. Call was made at 5:38 PM on 2012-07-04
