Received repeated calls to our business from this number. The caller identified himself as Mark Soriano or Sorviagno. They were nasty, rude and threatening looking for donations for their cause. It is insulting to me as taxpayers that the County is allowing these kind of tactics in order to raise donations. We do donate to local worthy charities, including the Fire and Police, but if they call us again we will NOT be donating again. No one should be bullied into giving.

Our office received repeated phone calls from a Mark Soriano at the Sheriff's office. He absolutely refused to speak to me or give me any information as to why he was calling the attorney whatsoever & insisted he must speak directly with the attorney. He was very rude to me every time he called. I finally begged my boss to see what he wanted so he would stop calling and, of course, it was a solicitation for money. The attorney expressed to him that it was not appreciated how rude he was to the staff and that he should not only be aware that most attorney's offices ask incoming callers how they can help them to protect the attorney from calls like these, but, that also using false pretenses to get the attorney on the phone is unconscionable. He was told by the attorney that we would not be giving a donation, at least not through him, and to please never call our office again. He did end up calling our office one more time the following week and I reminded him that he was asked, by the attorney, never to call here again.
