I got a call from an Indian debt collector, and told me that is a final called. The reason is that they start a legal case, because I never pay the debt. Then I’m block this phone number.
Yesterday, I received an email from usa.attorneyassocation. This email is from the" Senior Attorney Jeff Foster from Gibsons Law Associate". They accused me of: Violation of Federal Banking Regulation, Collateral Cheque Fraud and Theft by Deception. Also, they give me a case # 163791.
This “legal case “is because I receive in my bank account the money, and I never paid it.
Really, I never applied a payday loan for this company, and I do not received the money in my bank.
This is a fraud and a mobbing email.

I got the same thing. I've already forwarded it to the attorney general. This Indian person speak no proper English or write no proper English. PHONEY!!!!!
I received an e-mail from a senior lawyer threating me , Will someone please put these jerks away. I have enough on my plate than to have to be threaten a law suit. How come theses people are getting away with this .
