I got a call from an Indian debt collector, and told me that is a final called. The reason is that they start a legal case, because I never pay the debt. Then I’m block this phone number.
Yesterday, I received an email from usa.attorneyassocation. This email is from the" Senior Attorney Jeff Foster from Gibsons Law Associate". They accused me of: Violation of Federal Banking Regulation, Collateral Cheque Fraud and Theft by Deception. Also, they give me a case # 163791.
This “legal case “is because I receive in my bank account the money, and I never paid it.
Really, I never applied a payday loan for this company, and I do not received the money in my bank.
This is a fraud and a mobbing email.
Bad idea! With the creeps using spoofed numbers, you have no idea if it really does belong to someone or a real business. By doing so, you can create yet more victims of the call spoofing.

*67 (their phone number), FROM A FAX machine. Send a one page BLANK page with an "X", just make sure to remove your phone number from the ID on the fax on your machine! Therefore, send a TEST page to yourself first!!!!
