Rec'd call claiming to check water quality; asked several innocuous questions; pleasant enough. Tonight rec'd call congratulating me on winning a free vacation and a free water evaluation. Sounds 'scammy' to me.

Received the same type phone call tonite (910-229-2390) telling me that I had won a trip to Orlando. All I had to do was schedule a water quality test the next morning. I went ahead and scheduled it because I love Orlando and was thinking about a trip there soon to see the Braves at Spring Training. Once the wife heard about it, she hit the roof. I called back and cancelled. I'm sleeping on the couch tonite.
Spencer - that's exactly what happened to us. They call EVERY day and do not leave a message. When I call back and let it ring 25 times, someone answers and tells me that they can only speak to my husband who answered their survey. I asked what it was about and they said we won a vacation certificate and a free water quality test. How do I get them to stop calling?
