This number presented an Automated message asking me to wait for them to answer? I DON'T THINK SO.
Write me a letter if you have something to say to me. OH YEAH, your trying to trick me into a verbal contract while off guard so, a letter can't help you without the verbal contract!
They say its Verizon. They want bank information to pull a payment from your account. I called the number that I have and they have no record of anyone calling me. If they call they will note it on your account. The person that I spoke with stated that a txt msg would be sent asking for payment and that you should call the # you have to make payment. NEVER give any information to the person on the other end of this number. According to VERIZON it is NOT them
I had the same problem. My bill is paid. I called verizon wireless. they said it not there number and they have no record of calling me. Someone may have hacked into the verizon data base trying to give our bank info.
I have received several calls per day including Sunday from 910-338-4192 claiming to be verizon wireless with an important service alert on my cell phone. I have AT&T and always have had. Tried going through their automated system and gave up about 8 minutes into it. This is ridiculous. anyone have any ideas on how to stop this? I've already listed the phone number on the do not call list.
