"Unknown name" is the caller. We are from NY and get this call several times a day on the landline. No msg ever left. I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry, and that has helped cut down the general number of sales calls, but not with this 910 number. I want to report this just so other know it (but do not want to receive any calls or email or solicitations as a result of this post). It's very inconvenient, and as we're old, it's expecially inconvenient getting quickly to the phone over and over again to see this number and I have to leave the phone off the hook to have peace.
Does anyone know what they want? Why are they calling?
You're the moron. I don't have Verizon Wireless and I get this call. You need to tell your customers that this is a fraudulent call and to report this activity to Verizon.
maybe you guys should treat your customers with respect and have a human call them... once... and leave a message with a contact name and number. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and im about to cancel my account and go to a competitor just on principle. you and your store dont deserve the business if you dont appreciate your customers
