I don't answer. Glad the government cares and allows this bull.

I finally hit "1" when they called to ask them to remove me from the list.  The fellow (heavy accent) on the other end asked for my balance, when I told him I just wanted to be removed from the call list he said "F-U...I'm closing your account down".

I just hung up and reported the number to my card holder.
