Another unintelligent response. Take your political rants to someplace that really cares about them. I am sure you will be able to find a web site filled with nutballs that follow your line of not thinking before you post.
These VOIP calls are originating out side of the country and therefor can't be prosecuted by the Fed gov. The software that they use generates numbers at random along with the spoofed caller ID. If you want to play, you can give them fake information but note, the CC number you give has a code in the last 2 or three numbers. You can google CC numbers and find the code that is used. A long time ago I played their game and got to the second level. Had them going around in circles because I had all the information on how they work. If you want to go all the way, give them your CC and wait till the bill comes then call your CC company and tell them there is a fraudulent charge on your bill and to issue you a new number. On your bill it will show the company that ran the charge and you can then contact the FBI. I haven't answered any robo calls in two years - have gotten to sense what incoming calls are bad.
Did you know that there is a bill trying to go through Congress to relax the regs on telemarketers to be able to call cell phones ? Instead of relaxing the regs, they should be increase the penalties to $10,000. per call and 4 year in federal prison. .
are so up on the bills going through the Congress perhaps you would like to tell us exactly which bill it is so that we can write or representatives and tell them to veto it. Or is this one of those thing you read on the internet and believed it because everything on the internet is true?
that by doing this "If you want to go all the way, give them your CC and wait till the bill comes then call your CC company and tell them there is a fraudulent charge on your bill and to issue you a new number" you are committing a crime since it really isn't a fraudulent charge if you gave them the number.
