They have called my house 20 times in the last 4 days I'm beyond annoyed with this

Getting 3 or 4 calls a day from this number. I never answer and have no answering machine so it rings out after about 8 rings. Annoying for sure.

I keep getting repeated calls from this number, and they need to leave me alone and take my number off whatever list this is. I never gave them my number and have no dealings with them. I've never answered the calls. They have no right to keep harassing me.

You've used the name Rose, Brenda, Gifted Kids and maybe one or two others but always the same post.

What are you hoping to accomplish?  No one at 800 notes is calling you nor can they users of this site do anything to stop "them."  Why not just block the number?

This number is owned by Verizon and the company below, they are interested in the fact that the number is being used as a scam. Please call their general counsel and let them know you were harassed by this phone number as well.
