I got this as a test call from Verizon Wireless. I wanted ringback tones removed from my account, and this was the number they called from to test/verify that the ringtones were removed.
I received a call from this number today. I let them leave a message. Turns out it was Verizon Wireless. They've been working on something for my cell phone. The worst part about it the message was that the guy talked like the people at the end of car commercials on the radio...so fast I could barely make out what he was saying.
The call type doesn't allow "customer service," but that's what it was.
Call from Verizon USA rep. Typically this is a customer service call if you had a conversation were a follow up call may have been scheduled. They called me to tell me that the extended battery and cover that I was trying to purchase previously is now in stock and wanted to know if I would like to order over the phone.
It is Verizon Wireless. I had emailed them with a question on my billing statement and they gave me a call back instead of emailing me back which I didn't mind at all since I had a credit on my bill and didn't know what it was for, so they called to explain.
