They said they are nys legal department. There is a warrant out for me and to call them immediately ..Had an Indian accent.

I got a called from a number 971-652-8604 saying something about a case against me from the IRS, I barely understood him because he had a heavy accent. So I told him why didn't I receive anything on the mail, he just said that I needed and attorney and to call this number which was the same number (dumb head) and talked to a Michelle Jones. I did not have time to call back that day so he left me another voice mail again saying something about the Dpt. of legal affairs. I looked it up on line, found out this number is a cell phone and that this is a scam. I reported it to the police and sent him a text saying to stop calling me because I had informed the police about this fraud call.

He said he was from Eternal Affairs and I need to call him back at this number. He has called twice today and called other times before. This is a scam and needs to stp.

This number is a scam, claims to be from the us treasury department . I should not have to be receiving calls from these people on my personal cellphone.
