This was a recording claiming to be from "the fraud division of your credit card" and it kept asking if I was still there if I stayed quiet.  Then it listed off a bunch of charges for things in Guatemala before ultimately playing a laugh track and saying that I had just been prank phone called.  Lame.  Probably fraudulent and just a cover for identity thieves.
