I also keep getting calls from this number. Trying to track a live person down at XO is nearly impossible. I can only imagine how they take care of any "real" customers that they may have.
I got a call 11 hours ago from this number. Bad connection (VoIP?). Female, European accent, asked for me by name, but mispronounced it. When I asked who's calling, she hung up. No caller ID except the number. Internet search says it's from Fremont or Livermore CA; Xo California, Inc. is the carrier. They do have a VoIP service. I'm guessing a complaint to them might get somewhere. Go to <http://www.xo.com/>, select the Contact link. Then General Contact Information. The "Corporate Communications" link doesn't work, so try another and ask them to forward to the appropriate person. Or try another link....Good luck.
