This is supposedly CapitalOne calling to offer options for making payment over the phone. They have called me every day at least three time and sometime six times each day in the last month. II usually let the voicemail answer and they leave an automated message form "Linda". Today I answered the number to get more info. Guess what, its not Linda. It was a guy who sounded like he was from India. He knew some personal details about my CapitolOne account and wanted me to make payment with him over the phone. I told him that I make my payments online and that I wanted him to take my cell phone umber off his list. He immediately hung up on me.

These people are ridciolous. I'm over my limit by a small amount and they call 3 to 4 times a day all with different numbers. My bill isn't usually due until the 19th of every month and they start calling on the 1st. I'm getting really tired of the harrassment. If I do talk to them they tell me what i'm going to pay isn't good enough...uh last time I checked I know my checking account balance is and they dont' and I know what I can afford and they don't. They don't care either if you lost your job they want payment ASAP. There jerks...this is the worst credit card I could have and once it's paid off i'm getting rid of it because they are out of hand.
