It's capital one calling you to tell you to call them back ( collections) at 800-955-6600. Yes I am late but today is the 28th and my bill was due the 21rst- I guess now a days you only get one week before they start calling you through out the day.
when i pick up its someone wanting me to pay them, shoot im not payin captial one didly squat, i tried for 2 months to make a payment n they kept sending it back to the check account and then charged me for being late! i told them to cancel my card n now they still call saying i need to make a payment, if they arent gonna accept it why call! they call 4 times or more aday ......its rediculous, i told them send me to a collection agency and the woman hung up on me!
I now, officially, have 10 different numbers for Capital One! I don't have a Cap One account but a few people I know do ... or did ... so, now I have to deal with the fallout of the poor economy. If I've told them once, I've told them more times than I can count ... I'm not the person you're looking for - do not call me. Apparently, that doesn't work. What is the world coming to?
