Ever stop to think that someone is PRETENDING to be Charter?! I have them and they NEVER do this. Think before you start assuming. Charter only calls if you have ASKED them to in a previous call.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Not true. I have charter & after telling them no several times they occasionally call trying to sale me cable which I don't want.

I call BS as I've never had an issue. Sounds like a scammer pretending to BE Charter and not Charter proper

I will concur that it is charter. They see that I just have Internet through them and think I will pay almost 200 for triple play. My VoIP phone and streaming accounts should tell them I'm not interested lol.
