I recieve multiple calls form this caller each day, different numbers and each time I ask them to remove me from their call list. I receive a call from a new number, same company. I can barely hear them from all the noise in the background, plus english is not their first language. When I try to call the numbers back, they do not work because they are illegally piggy backed onto an IP address in the United States and the IP address is from another country.
Caller was soliciting business for a remodeling company - possibly KD Design Services. When I pointed out that I didn't have a previous relationship with the company (and the call was therefore in violation of Do Not Call), he said that was okay because they were using a third party to make the call (huh?).
