It belongs to Arriva Medical. They are a diabetes supply company Medicare used to force my mother to use for her testing supplies. When she used Arriva, I would get several calls a week (I handle her medical supplies for her) asking if she needed supply refills. I kept telling them "don't call me, I'll call you when I need some"... but they kept calling. It has been over two years since I switched her to a new supply company. This company still calls me several times a week DEMANDING (seriously, demanding) that I fill her prescriptions with them. I have since filed several complaints with Medicare regarding Arriva's threatening business procedures. The people I've spoke with at Medicare said they have received numerous complaints against Arriva. It is just sad that a company conducts their business based on threatening the elderly. Shame on them!
I am glad that Medicare has since changed their requirements, and I can now order supplies directly through Walgreens. But I seriously wish Arriva would stop calling me! I have blocked several of their #s. But every few weeks they begin calling from a new number. I now have 8 of their phone #s on my cell phone's Reject List.
