Medicare told me sometime ago not to use Arriva Medical for my diabetic supplies since I can get them at a local pharmacy where I live. I have told Arriva numerous times not to call me anymore but they appear not to understand the English language. I tried telling them in Spanish, but they seem not to understand that language neither. Now I just let the phone ring and they never leave a message.
Do not deal with ARRIVA. This is a company that gives you SOLUS blood monitor's that do not work, and tries to "give" you equipment and tells you---- " it's free!", when it is not.
Liars and cheats. I dislike liars and cheats and fraud. This company was not truthful and not up front. If that does not bother you, go ahead and use them.
