Harassing Arriva Medical. I have to block their number from calling me despite my request to stop calling me. We don't need any supplies right now. They call consistently several times a day everyday.
I have the same problem. I used to go through liberty but they said they were no longer authorized. I'm looking for another supplier if you know one i would be greatful.
keep getting calls from this medical supply company two or three a week . I have told them not to call me I will call them when I need something. Them they sent a form to my doctors office that I needed a back brace he refused to comply since he was not aware of it. I have since changed where I get my supplies now.i informed them and told them not to call any more.i'm not going to do business with them . And still the phone calls come in. Two or three a day.
I use to get my supplies through them after they bought out my old provider. I've since switched to Kaiser, whose pharmacy now provides my supplies. They still called me for a while. I finally called Medicare to complain, and the calls seem to have stopped for now. If you want to contact Medicare, the number is 1-800-Medicare.
You can NOW sue these people for this if you have asked them to stop calling. You can sue for $1500.00 PER CALL. I looked up this number to see what/who it was and saw all these post. I have Ariva but the meter they sent is faulty and they refuse to send another one. One time it reads my BS at 104 (2 hours after I eat which should be the highest) and then 160 when I have been fasting and ate a perfect diet the day before (I am a retired Registered Nurse and know this is wrong). Now that I know who it is, I will definitely HANDLE it and yes call 3-6 times a day everyday even on the Sabbath. Looking forward to that $1500.00/call. Can certainly use the money.
