I got this call stating she was from Mediations stated her name is Vickie Sanders and she is calling for the parent company ???Cash LLC calling about same scenario but mentioned 300 pay day loan companies. She stated they sent several letters to my home, none of which i have seen and I have lived in the same home for 16 years. She claimed criminal charges are to be filed same thing as others stated. I don't owe these companies, she is trying to pressure for $1030 payment or 3 monthly payments of $415. They are after the big bucks....
"Mediations" is criminal talk for "we are debt scammers" They want to pressure you into paying extortion money. Once you do that, they put you on an easy marks list and they keep calling and also sell your name to other criminals to call you.

If this isn't a scam I would eat a Balogna sandwich with catsup and a rotten onion on sourdough bread .Even called back ask least tried to ask questions and was call a idiot 3 times and not waste the girls time calling. These people are the scammers and to boot are real losers............
I have gotten two calls from them and my husband three times. So my husband called them and they wanted to speak to me. The lady on the other line was very rude and threaten to have me arrested for a payday loan I know nothing about. Before she hung up on I asked her.who the loan was through and she said good luck, click. Can't we press charges on them for harassment and threat?
