AFS LEGAL SERVICE IS THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY I SPOKE TO A JOHN MSON HE CALLED MY JOB STATED HE WAS GOING TO HAVE ME SERVED AT WRK IF I DNT PAY1300 ON A DEBT THAT I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT. I REQUESTED A VALIDITY OF DBT LETTER AN IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET IT TO ME AN WHEN I GOT IT THE BALANCE WAS ONLY 650 I CONTACTED THIS SO CALLED JOHN MASON AN HE GAVE ME SOME STORY ABOUT FEES AN I PAID IT CAUSE IT WAS A VALID DBT OF MINES
i recieved the same call from this john mason about something legal on 9/11/2014 about a debt i had with cmg something from 2012 an i told him to [***]!! well i was just served to come to court for the same quote on quote debt i have no knowledge about what is this world coming too. any advise for court
when you go to court as to see the validity of debt cause it was never given to you since have no knowledge of it. but you will have to pay it in full with that company if they can prove the validity of debt. they should offer you a settlement in court but i have been reading an its not going to be what they are offering
