2. Name of defendant
3. Date case was filed
4. Case number
5. Address of court

You can't object, since the court case (if it exists) is a public record.

First they called me saying it was a legal processing services for a client. then they tell me they can give me a reduced price if i paid today. then tell me if i dont, the account will be filed in civil court. im not sure they are just a debt collector trying to use scare tactics.  >?????
