I got several calls from this number while I was traveling in Ireland in September. One call was for 7 minutes and i have absolutely no idea who this was??? I called AT&T and they were very helpful and removed the charges from my bill. I mentioned this thread so they would know I wasn't the only one
I work for att call center and had a man with $400 worth of int roaming charges from this same number. It even showed charges where he called himself lol anyways, it took two hours to get 4 managers to figure it out but we finally credited the account. Att cant help this but if ur persistent about this charge they will get it fixed.
Had ATT charges for 270 minutes that I did not make to 970-376-9242 while in Zambia in February 2014 I called ATT and spent over an hour discussing it. They don't have it listed as a known issue. ATT eventually agreed to remove the charges. They suggested it may have something to do with using a third-party "vonage" type calling application.
