Received call on Sunday lunch hour. I returned call to number on caller ID and man answered saying, "Thank you for returning my call. This is ___ with American Veterans." I did not stay on the line longer to hear the spiel.
It's called "Call Rejection" and your phone doesn't even ring...the caller just hears a message that their call has been blocked/rejected. Happy Day!!!
