Please email me at [email protected] so I can research your complaint and make appropriate changes.  I am sorry if our representative handled your call this way.  We make thousands of contacts and unfortunately from time to time we have to find out the hard way that a representative is not handling themselves in a professional manner at all times.  We do record everything thus my desire to talk to you so we can use this incident for training for all staff.  We are a very reputable company and any staff representing us incorrectly from training will be reevaluated for continued employment.  I hope to have the pleasure of speaking with you.
