This Frank Bayer guy replied 45 minutes after I republished my ad. He said that he liked the price and he would take my word on the condition of a 35,000 dollar Cadillac Escalade! Weird! He said that he wanted to pay via PayPal. He called us with this number-+1 (515) 602-7329
He is talking to me right now and has the same MO: out of town, reassurance, moved, pay through PayPal, etc
Currently using phone number +1 (973) 457-8157. Thanks for the heads up guys!
