Same Same ..... I instantly googled his name and called his BS. Told him I don't trust PayPal and we'll have to deal face to face. It's been 2 hrs. Now and he isn't responding ....Frank Bayer is using # 903-848-6426 now
I just got a text message from Frank Bayer (at 2am!) from the phone number 630-812-1537 (Chicago, IL) He wouldn't take no for an answer and I finally had to clue him in on the fact that I'm a former investigator for the Texas DPS and that if he didn't cease and desist on contacting me that I'd start an investigation. He hasn't replied.
I'd launch an investigation but this clown is probably using throwaway dummy phones.
I just got a strange text from this weirdo as well, except for he was using an alias number of (863) 866-4695. That area code originates from central Florida.
Just got the same scam as everyone else here, same MO, same name, different phone number. He must be using several burner phones. Using 765-393-9619 on me. SCAM!!
