There needs to be a federal oversight agency to hunt them down, skin them, dip them in acid (feet first, slowly) and burn the remains in front of the rest of them--then move on to the next guy in the line. Blocking is no use. They're ahead of the curve with the FCC, FTC and anything government. It would be like trying to rid the world of the common cockroach! What we need is a strong law against this, and to dedicate Homeland Security and the NSA to eradicating them. That might actually slow down the terrorists, especially if the heads are stuck on poles and birds pick at them.
