This number called my phone and when I answered I recieved no response, so I called the phone # back and got the recording saying it is not a working number. How do non-working numbers keep calling me????
Received a recorded call from Rachel, caller id says Gateway. Press 1 to speak to a love person, but when you
ask them to stop calling they hang up on you. 2 pm got the same call with diffrent name and number, but same
results.
Sometimes if you wait 15 or 20 minutes after a call you can call them back and actually get through. These days when I get a call and get hold of a real person I play dumb and try to keep them on the line for a couple of minutes, then thank them for talking to me while the call was traced. I end by saying "we'll be seeing you soon."
DO NOT GIVE ANYONE CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER ANY CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The number 970-931-4758 (serviced by Nucla-Naturita Telephone Co) is not and has not been assigned to anyone or any company. The people placing these calls to you are spoofing your Caller ID with 970-931-4758...covering their true phone number. Unless you already have a call trap in place, there is no way of truly determine who is initiating these calls.
I would suggest reporting the number to the FCC (a documented record of the call). Unfortunately, since this number is not truly make the calls to you there is very little the FCC is able to do to catch these people.
Call your Representative and let him or her know you want some action taken on this matter.
