Ok, so at first I thought it was my Obachan ( Japanese grandmother) but then by what she said I knew it was not my Obacha. She ased for my mother by first name, my mom wasnt home. she asked "when will be the bast time to call?" I responded "I don't know." so she then replied with "Okay I will call back later."
Next time she calls I'm just going to answer it and begin speaking Japanese, that would mess her up SOO BAD hahaha.
This number has called all weekend long and then again, finally at 1400 today. I had called the number yesterday to be taken off the list, but the message said it could take up to 21 days before my number would be removed from their database. Go Figure! The identification for me comes across a M10291540260001 along with the 971-208-9936 number. I am surmising this ID is utilized, since I have a block on anonymous calls and they use this ID to get through. I have now blocked this number through my phone company. They will get a message when they call their phone number has been blocked. I can only imagine what new telephone number they will come back with to try to get through. No sooner than I was finishing up this post, I received another telephone call from KENT, WA 253-246-8589. How much you want to bet it is the same group?!
I just got a phone call from this number. A woman with either a very strong accent or she might have even been drunk, sounded like she was. My problem is that this phone call woke me up. I look at the clock its 9:30 pm. Wtf would a legit business call at this hour I wondered, so i Googled them up after not being able to go back to sleep. The woman said she was calling me from Direct Buy. I see there is a lot of reviews saying this company is a ripoff. Now I come here and I see they tell different people they are calling from different places. I'm glad we can find out about these places before its too late, feel sorry for those who have already been ripped off by them.
received 33 calls from this company so far today. Female said her name was Jan Evans (heavy Arabic accent), another Kim (heavy Arabic accent), another Shania (heavy Arabic accent again) and the rest were a male sounded like same one each time (heavy Arabic accent) said they were from Customer offers, payday loans, they usually say company name so fast you don’t hear it and when asked to repeat their name or company name they hang up or start their sales pitch. Calls started from 8 am until 8 pm got calls from same company from other numbers.. total calls from this company from all the numbers they called me from 32 so far... they keep telling me they will remove my number.. but as soon as i hang up with one rep they call me from one of the other numbers with in 5 minutes calls stop for about half an hour then same numbers keep calling me back….. 8012107117 (7xs), 5618292170 (7xs), 9712089936 (7xs), 8885991720 (1x), 2596063249(2xs), 9655728373 (1x), 4572837358 (2xs) and a few numbers that come up unkown (7xs). After heavy research on line all calls come from Tamil Nadu, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and Jkarkhand. (All cities in India) Sick of these calls..when they call they keep offering me info to go back to school or loans... i dont do any of this stuff on line have 4 great colleges in my area and lots of local banks if i was going to do any of this stuff. Think I will start telling that the person they are calling for can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX (the number of my local police department then we will see how many times they call back)
