Ok, so at first I thought it was my Obachan ( Japanese grandmother) but then by what she said I knew it was not my Obacha. She ased for my mother by first name, my mom wasnt home. she asked "when will be the bast time to call?" I responded "I don't know." so she then replied with "Okay I will call back later."
Next time she calls I'm just going to answer it and begin speaking Japanese, that would mess her up SOO BAD hahaha.
I know for a fact that the " National NO Call list " does not work period. They do not prevent these go through. I reaceives these call The one in question is 971 208 9936. I am very disappionted in the National NO call list. They allow scammers who pretend they are business go through which the real business is excluded from the Naltional No Call list. The most famous one is the "microsoft tech scam calls" I let my answering mache answer my calls. On my greeting I start out saying " The national no call list not working.I do not answer telemarketing calls " Then I go on to say leave your name ,message and phone number I will get back to you." Usly they hang up during my greeting.asi calls I receive like the one above I gotten. The 971 208 9936 one I get everyday so far . They are scammers do not answer to them. They are rude when you ask them to remove your phone number from their call list. It is very annoying for different phone number ring the phone off the hook every day and 2 or 3 time a day.
