Just got a call from this number, didn't recognize the area code. Decided to look it up and here I am. What I want to know is how they got my number when my number is unlisted

Just got called.  Whenever I see the Oregon ID, I don't answer.  It's always a survey and I don't ever want them thinking this is a good number.  I believe the surveys are generally political in nature.

I doubt they got your number.  I think they just dial until they get a good number that someone answers.

I get calls from this number on my cell phone which I have registered on the "do not call list".

I rarely got these kinds of calls before I registered for the so called, "Do Not Call List". Once I registered,  I started getting these calls ALL the time. Of course, I never answer them. I would NEVER recommend the Do Not Call List to anyone!
