Who called from 9712089960

Call @# 1450.  Did not answer

I recieved a call - no one there when I answered.  Called back and the number was "temporarily out of service"

I didn't answer.  They did not leave message. Spam scam scum.

Called me at 3:23pm. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. Called ID said the call was from Oregon. No message left. Called back and I got a recorded message from a British lady that said, "The number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable. Please try your call later."
