I just got a recorded call from this number, offering a free 2 day cruise for answering a 30 second survey, and have a feeling that this is a total scam, so please do not punch any numbers on your phone, just hang up!
These calls come from "Ind Sur Group" (Industrial Survey Group) and are likely a scam operating out of Panama. The company has 20 different phone numbers from a number of different area codes, so it is virtually impossible to block their calls. Have received 10 unanswered calls in the past number, with 8 different numbers appearing.
