Called my boss' number in Madison, WI. Listened to enough of the recorded msg. to know it was an unsolicited call from 971-217-9506.

Got a call from this number today at exactly 12 Noon on work phone (I never give out this number, nor do I list it as mine). Didn't pick up as I did not recognize the number, didn't leave a message.

Received a call at work from this number, no message was left.  I called back and it's the same as what Charles posted above: "Recorded announcement stated it was an insurance company with "plans starting at just $15 month" and "Press 1 for more information or 9 to be removed from my list.""

I also just received a call from this number, but chose not to answer it.

The caller id showed the name as DE Serv Com.  They used to call from the following number
