Who called from 9712201761

Unsolicited and unwanted call.  I will report to FCC and Massachusetts consumer protection...

I got yet another call from this number on my cell phone, they left no message on v-mail.  I've asked my cell-phone carrier if there is any way to block these obvious (and constant) spam-and-scam callers, but they just told me to A) change my ring for calls that aren't in my contact list to silence so I won't be bothered or B) change my phone number.  Not terribly helpful.

I think I'm going to change my cell phone carrier when my contract is up.  Any suggestions for cell carriers that help their customers block these obviously scammy numbers?

How do you get these bozos to stop calling (or block the number)?

2 calls from this number.  When I answer, whoever hangs up immediately.

Called & left no message.  Added to my phone blocklist.
