same call lower your interest rates to 6%, when i said a wanted them to stop calling they hung up. 971-220-1771 i wish someone would do something about this.
I also reported the call to the Do Not Call Registry. I've been registered there for at least 10-12 yrs and of all the garbage phone calls I get, they seem to use this number on their caller id more than the others. I just wish there was a way they couldn't fake the caller id number that is sent out.
Is where you should post your complaint, and ensure you're on the registry as well! It does help, but there are so many more scams out there now than ever before, it's really sick. /c:
The call woke me from a needed nap. I pressed 1 and got a person, "Hi. This is Joseph. And how are you today?". Some time during my courteous "I was asleep before the robo-call" response, he hung up.
I just now called the number and pressed 1 to be removed from their call list, but it won't matter, they'll change numbers and start all over again.
One month ago I got the exact same "final courtesy call" from 971-220-1984; a lot of good that did.
My personal opinion, the National Do Not Call registry just provides you with a means to sue a harrassing caller that can be identified. It can't do anything about these robo-calls and rude reps.

I read JETAMES solution; it won't slay the dragons but it's better than the useless complaint filing.
It's Rachael from Cardholder Services, wanting to see if they can get you to give them your credit card numbers so they can rack up fraudulent charges or use them for identity theft. I told the operator I needed to find my statement, kept her on hold for a good seven minutes, then played Cee Lo Green's "F*** You" into the phone. Most fun I've had all day.
