Same with me. I'm thinking about leading them on by claiming that I have this tremendous credit card debt (I have none) and generally waste their time for as long as possible, then tell them that I just wasted their time.
I don't use credit, and haven't for at least 10 years.
I'm also on the DNC lists.
Plan to scan the caller ID before I answer
Fed up with these crooks, and the rest of them just like this.
This is for Brighthouse phone customers who may be unaware of the Brighthouse "Call Blocking" feature. (I'm in FL but don't know if the service is limited to FL) This allows you to block selective phone numbers. The calls won't ring on your phone or appear on caller ID and the caller gets a greeting that says "the party you have called is not accepting calls from this number" (or wording to that effect) I was being driven crazy by telemarketers, scammers, etc. and this was the only thing that stopped the annoying calls.
