Also interesting is that they have a Washington address on one of their registrations, and a California address on another, but no California registration as required by law.
I am not only getting numerous calls from this number but also from an Oregon area code and previously two other numbers. It beeps like a fax, but it is on my cell phone. Getting very tired of these calls. Gonna have to block them or try to use the number for their Canada office.
This number keeps calling with a fax dial and is also coming from 404.601.9001, it is very annoying, I have called and left message to either call me direct or quite faxing, I do not have time for all of this nonsense.
The TCPA (47 USC § 227), and its implementing FCC regulations ( mainly 47 CFR § 64.1200) prohibits the transmission via facsimile of any material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any product, service or property to any person without that person's prior express permission or request.
Under the TCPA, recipients of unsolicited fax advertisements can file suit in state court to collect the greater of $500 or actual damages for each violation, and/or obtain an injunction (a single junk fax can, and often does, contain multiple violations). If a court determines that the violations were willful or knowing, the damages can be tripled at the discretion of the court.
It calls my cell back to back! I block the number each time but another number called me with the same beep sound 613-701-0200. Who ever this is please stop its too early in the morning to be facing my cell phone anything. Who ever came up with the fax machine scam calls is a joke! Lol real serious please stop! BLOCK THE NUMBER***
