I kept getting calls to my home line. I hooked it up to the fax machine, to see what would come of it. Nothing - no fax came out. They called 2 or 3 times, and then that was it. I guess they don't REALLY want to fax, just annoy.
This number shows up on our ID several times 3 to 4 minutes apart which is usually a fax machine retrying. Probably some sort of scam as we are not a business. We have phones and machine turned off so we are not aware of incoming calls. I do check the caller ID list every few days to see how many calls we avoided and it's incredible. 10 to 20 calls every week day and 100% are solicitors. Anyone we care about uses our cell numbers.
