971 275 1300 this number call my business about 10 to 15 times a day all hours in the night please stop calling us and leave us alone I am not interested of what you want to sell I don't need any thing from this number so stop harassing us

It is one of their customers attempting to send you a fax.

On most phones, you can "block" a certain number of phone numbers.

So I "blocked" these guys because of multiple calls from them. Or your phone company can block numbers for you as well.
