Who called from 9713338934

I got a call from this number on August 28 at 11:48 am.  I was out (not that I would have answered anyway) and of course they left no message.  Caller ID said "Financial Ctr".  Clearly scammers.  I have reported calls like this countless times to the FCC and FTC but it makes NO difference.

Thanks for the advice on the phone from Panasonic. I am going out this afternoon and purchasing one.
Wish I had known about this sooner.

I'm going to get an air horn and use it.

Why would someone who makes money from people pestering you want to stop them from pestering you?  Next thing you know there will be a tax on your phone service that will be equally useless.
