A woman caller represented herself from Chase Bank, "advising" us of a lower % being offered on the credit card. When she could not get personal information out of us, she said push 1 to apply for the lower %. I called Chase, and they have no lower offer and do not make phone calls offering this. The rep said if a % change is offered, they send a letter to the card holder.
