Wanted to lower my credit card rates. Pushed 2 to be removed. They connected me to some guy who was laughing. I told him I was on do not call list and was reporting him. He said he was trying to lower my credit card rates. I kept saying I was on the do not call list.
I keep getting calls from this number regarding reducing my credit card debt. I want this to stop immediately! I am on the "Do No Call Registry" so I don't know why they keep calling me.
I just received the same call but did not answer it. I have never received a call like that but I can tell you that yesterday I had an issue with one of my cc's and told them I needed to lower my payment for a few months and they refused.. SO, I cannot help but say these two incidents are related.. Probably my cc company gave my number out to this company!!!!! IF so, that makes me crazy... I just did not think they could do this, but I guess phone numbers are not private anymore and maybe they did not tell the company anything about me personally, just that I needed help with my credit card payments!!!!!
