I have been getting calls from this number for the last several weeks. The caller ID is SPECTRUM VOIP. I had previously received calls from another number with this caller ID. When I reported it, the calls stopped. Now they have started with this number. This caller has called 3 times already today. Twice I was there and they hung up before I got to the phone. They never leave a message. They called several times yesterday, including last night. This is caller harassment in my home.
I received a call for 972-201-9300 today at my office, Caller ID was Spectrum , didn't pick up and no left message. I will know next time as a result of ya'll posting your experiences . thank you.
I am sick and tired of this Spectrum VOIP calling throughout the day and hanging up. They used to talk to you and tell you how they can save you money on phone services...each time we told them NO THANK YOU! NOW they just call and hang up. We are tired of being harassed by this company...no means no and take us off your call list! I've tried to call their company several times and get put through their screwed up phone system....no one wants to talk to you when you call them!
I have had calls from these people for several months. The do not call option on the phone tree is useless. They are called Spectrum Marketing. Some days I have three or more calls from them.
