I have been getting calls from this number for the last several weeks. The caller ID is SPECTRUM VOIP. I had previously received calls from another number with this caller ID. When I reported it, the calls stopped. Now they have started with this number. This caller has called 3 times already today. Twice I was there and they hung up before I got to the phone. They never leave a message. They called several times yesterday, including last night. This is caller harassment in my home.
Spectrum Communications keeps calling to talk to "whoever is responsible for our phone service". They have been repeatedly told "not interested and to stop calling". They ignore that and keep calling, putting them well into the "scummy telemarketers" category.
Lonnie with Spectrum VOIP asked for the owner by first name. Let him know the owner was not available, he countered by asking if I was the office manager. I let him know I was and he went into salesman mode trying to offer us VOIP service. I let him know we already use a reputable VOIP service and are not looking to change. I then hung up. I hate telemarketing calls, it wastes way too much of my day.
